Gemeente Amsterdam wil Amsterdam Wind opstalrecht verlenen voor windturbines Noorder IJ-plas
Het college van burgemeester en wethouders van Amsterdam is voornemens een recht van opstal uit te geven aan Amsterdam Wind met betrekking tot drie locaties voor de realisatie van windturbines aan de oost- en zuidzijde van de Noorder IJ-plas. Het betreft drie windturbines met een tiphoogte van maximaal 200 meter en bijhorende infrastructuur.
